These terms govern your use of all mobile applications offered by Kartega, including Number Grid Eraser, My Hidden Lucky Number, and Biotrack. By using any of these apps you agree to these terms.
1 Scope of Service
Our applications are provided "as is". Features, content and availability may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. While we aim for a consistent experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
2 Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our applications
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or exploit the operation of any app
- App store policies of Google Play and the Apple App Store apply in parallel to these terms
- Do not use our apps in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
3 Advertising & Revenue Model
All Kartega applications are free to download and use, supported by advertising. Ad impressions power the ongoing development and maintenance of the products. Third-party ad networks integrated in our apps are required by their technical nature and are a core part of the service.
4 Data Responsibility
Kartega does not maintain a centralised user database and does not store personally identifiable information. Technical logs generated within the app and measurement data produced by third-party advertising or analytics services are subject to the respective provider's own policies and terms.
5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kartega shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our applications.
